Guidelines of the Leopold-Feigenbutz-Realschule Oberderdingen

Preface

We want ...

To be able to stand up to the various expectations which today’s modern schools are facing, there has to be a good atmosphere, a friendly working environment and a leveled style of leadership. We have therefore worked out guidelines which are also inclined to express our future orientation. We are aware, that there cannot simply be the order to obeying these guidelines. Nevertheless we comprehend the constant challenge to double-check our behavior and our work and to have them oriented by these guidelines. These guidelines are compulsive for everyone. We understand the constant task of the orientation at the guidelines and the soon realization of the not yet achieved parts as our constant obligation. We’re aiming that the fundamental principles and aims captured in these guidelines can be called in from everyone taking part in school life.
