July 1999: LFR is member of the 1^st Parliament of youth for water, founded in Espalion, France
July 2001: LFR is member of the 2nd Parliament of youth for water in Barcs/Hungary
March 2003: LFR is member of the 3rd Parliament of youth for water, Geel/Belgium
