Possible structure of the final TAPAS CD-ROM (will be edited in Summer 2004)

 MAIN MENU:

Ø    SCHOOLS: Location (link with data about the town), data about number of teachers and students, facilities, etc.

Ø    ECOSYSTEMS. 

With the following menu:

             -       FLORA. We could do charts with texts, pictures and video files about different species:

 - Trees

                   - Aquatic plants

                   - Riverside plants

             -       FAUNA. We could also include sounds about:

   VERTEBRATES: fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals

         SPINELESS: annelids, molluscs, crustaceans, insects …

             -       HABITAT

 -       ANALYSIS (results)

Ø   MEETINGS: Reports, videos, meetings of teachers …

Ø    CULTURE: Water uses, traditions, etc.

Ø    PRODUCTS: Brochures, newspaper …

You, teachers and students, can do any suggestion you think is better about the number of sections, contents or whatever you want. In my opinion, if you agree with this layout, the first thing we should do is to collect and to elaborate the texts, pictures, video and sound files we need for each section of the CD. We could decide the design later. What do you think? Please, send me your ideas and opinions. Have a good work.
